Cancellation Policy

If you have requested a quote you still need to provide a valid credit card to secure your reservation. You must cancel 2 hours prior to your arranged pick up time to avoid a one hour cancellation charge. Please call us at 415-519-0081 or e-mail us at info@jetcarlimo.com

Thank you for choosing Jet Car Limo. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, we need to be contacted 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time to avoid a cancellation fee of one hour of your ride.

At the drivers' discretion the ride can be terminated without refund for damage incurred to a limousine. Passengers are financially responsible for any damages made to the vehicle during the ride.

A $100 charge can be imposed for cleanup of the limousine. Your enjoyment and safety are our number one priority; please refrain from hanging out or sitting on side door, windows or sunroof. We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen or left in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle for personal items before exiting. Once again thank you for choosing Jet Car Limo.
